Todav\u00eda puedes aprender m\u00e1s sobre este estilo culinario que lleva la ciencia de cocinar, seleccionar, preparar, servir y disfrutar a nuevas alturas.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona la gastronom\u00eda molecular?<\/h3>\n<p>La gastronom\u00eda molecular es una disciplina cient\u00edfica dentro de las artes culinarias, eso est\u00e1 claro. C\u00f3mo funciona y en qu\u00e9 consiste a\u00fan no se ha dicho.<\/p>\n<p>Anteriormente mencionamos que este arte mezcla procesos de cocci\u00f3n f\u00edsicos y qu\u00edmicos. Funciona precisamente por las interacciones de diferentes ingredientes que provocan diversos efectos, tanto a nivel f\u00edsico como biol\u00f3gico o qu\u00edmico.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cocinista.es\/web\/es\/recetas\/cocina-molecular.html\">Cada receta<\/a>, por ejemplo, utiliza una t\u00e9cnica diferente para producir resultados sabrosos, funcionales y art\u00edsticos. Un buen ejemplo son las espumas.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se hacen las espumas alimentarias?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Las espuma<\/strong>s son una de las t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e1s conocidas de la gastronom\u00eda molecular y son la guarnici\u00f3n perfecta para un plato. Son f\u00e1ciles, adaptables y divertidas de hacer y comer. En cocina, las espumas son una estructura que atrapa el aire en burbujas. O, de forma m\u00e1s t\u00e9cnica, un agente estabilizador en el que el aire se encuentra suspendido.<\/p>\n<p>A lo largo de la historia de la cocina, las espumas han estado presentes en muchas formas, como la <a href=\"https:\/\/exoticwhip.com\/es\/blog-es\/platos-con-nata-montada-y-oxido-nitroso\/\">nata montada<\/a>, el merengue y las mousses.
