Es perfecta para dar un toque extra a tu postre. Esta receta de espuma de mango se considera una espuma b\u00e1sica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e9 necesitas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Batidora<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Batidora<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Jeringa de nata montada<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Colador<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 200 g de pulpa de mango<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 100 ml de agua tibia<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 2 hojas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gelita.com\/es\/conocimientos\/gelatina\/que-es-la-gelatina\">gelatina<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00f3mo se hace<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Disolver las hojas de gelatina en agua tibia. 100 ml deber\u00edan estar bien.<\/li>\n<li>Poner la pulpa de mango en la batidora y asegurarse de que se convierte en un pur\u00e9 fino. A\u00f1adir las hojas de gelatina disueltas y batir bien los ingredientes en un bol con un batidor. La mezcla puede pasarse por un filtro y verterse en el <a href=\"https:\/\/exoticwhip.com\/es\/producto\/cream-siphon\/\">sif\u00f3n de nata<\/a>.
