What you will need

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x13-inch cake pan. Mix the flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda together in a medium-sized bowl using a whisk.

  • Whisk together eggs and sugar in a different bowl until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Incorporate the oil and mix thoroughly.

  • Pour batter into the prepared cake pan. Place the cake in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean..
