For Non-HazMat goods, please plan to return your package in a timely manner, we accept returns up to 3 days after delivery of your package. To initiate a return request, please reply to your order confirmation email or send a message to: [email protected]

For HazMat goods such as products with n2o, it is not returnable. Kindly refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information about handling the product. 

Please note that due to the nature of our goods, we can only accept returns in the original packaging. Any returns in custom packaging will not be accepted due to specific dangerous goods restrictions.

As soon as your returned package arrives at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your account statement.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, however, after your order has shipped you can request for it to be held at the carrier’s pickup point close to your home or business.

We advise you to only use the regulator provided by ExoticWhip as these have been tested to work safely and seamlessly with our product. Other types of regulators may cause damage to the cylinder or the person operating the cylinder.

Once the cylinder is empty, use its accompanied nozzle to completely empty the cylinder of residual gas prior to disposal. Screw on the nozzle until the gas flow starts and wait until no more gas comes out before unscrewing. Always dispose of your cylinder in accordance with local guidelines and regulations.
