Cheesecake Pots, by Exotic Whip Cream Chargers

What you will need…

  • Food-Grade Nitrous Whippets
  • Whip Cream Dispenser
  • A stand or handheld electric mixer
  • Fine mesh strainer
  • Four small ramekins or jars

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed crackers or ginger cookies
  • Raspberries or fruit of choice to serve

Instructions

  1. First, beat the cream cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer or using an electric handheld whisk. Beat until silky and smooth with no lumps
  2. Add the water, vanilla extract, yogurt, white sugar and whisk again until thoroughly combined
  3. Strain the mixture through the fine mesh strainer. Pour the strained mixture into your whipped cream dispenser
  4. Charge your dispenser with our extra large nitrous oxide tanks
  5. Shake the dispenser 5 times
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 with your Nitrous Chargers 
  7. Place the cream dispensers in the fridge for at least one hour to chill
  8. In the meantime, fill the four small ramekins or jars with the crushed crackers/cookies
  9. Remove the whipped cream dispensers from the fridge and dispense the foam on top of the biscuit base
  10. Top with fruit of choice and serve immediately while the cream remains fluffy
